Happy Earth Day!!!

Happy Earth Day! 

Today Kendall  got to go to the nursery and pick out some flowers to plant. Her favorite color is orange so she picked marigolds to plant. She was very excited about getting to take care of her own plants. Easton and Gretchen also helped and we talked to them about what we all need to do to keep the world around us a nice place to live in.

Noelle could not wait to turn in her poster for the earth day contest. She cut a water bottle in half and glued it to the poster with a no sigh threw it. and her statement is "save the world one bottle at a time"  The kids have been talking a lot about how they can do their part to take care of the world they live in. (And I am all about anything that helps them turn the lights off. he he)

I hope everyone had a chance to get out and enjoy the world we live in.

Jr Jazz Champs

Last week Marshal was in the Jr Jazz 7th and 8th grade Championship. His team won, he had a really good season this year. He learned a lot from his coach and really has improved. He was really excited to receive a trophy.  He has earned metals before but never a trophy.
